Meditation is not only good for dealing with stress, it can also help fight against depression, phobias, anxiety attacks, poor concentration, and addictive habits. You will learn meditation techniques that you can practice in your everyday life that will help you feel well-balanced and fulfilled. More techniques will be learned in session II. You may register for the second workshop even if you missed the first one.
