Walking is any easy choice for getting your physical activity, it is free, environmentally friendly, and is good for your health! Besides walking, you will learn proper walking and stretching techniques, how to set and achieve goals, and how to stay motivated.

Now this one is for the kids or the child at heart! Designed to teach kids and adults of all ages how to create fruit and veggie smoothies the whole family will enjoy. Sample and taste delicious, nutrient-dense smoothies from a variety of recipes. Kids hands on participation.

The Basic Life Support (BLS) is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals and others the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
This class is for those who have never taken the BLS course or for renewal certification.
