Join Dr. Mouhammed Rihawi, our Medical Director of Sleep, on Thursday, May 1st for a FREE presentation on sleep disorders and treatment options. This is your chance to speak directly with a physician and get all of your questions answered. And, because no referral is needed, you can schedule an appointment at the event. Blood Pressure 101

Cardiac Rehab Department

A team member from the Cardiac Rehab Department will lead a discussion on the importance of recognizing the signs and symptoms of high blood pressure and what you can do to get or keep your blood pressure in a healthy zone.  Get your blood pressure checked and find out if your readings are in the normal, high, or too low range.

Tai chi aims to bring balance to body, mind and spirit through specifically designed movements, natural breathing and a calm state of mind. It is easily recognized by its slow, captivating and mesmerizing movements. It represents a way of life, helping people meet day to day challenges while remaining calm and relaxed.   The introductory class will provide instruction in the basic stances and health practices as well as a bit of history and theory for those new to the practice of TaiChi.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider CPR

Heartsaver Plus is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult, infant, and child CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve a choking victim.  Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.
