PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with energy, power, strength and flexibility. During PiYo you will move at a decent temp from pose to pose and from exercise to exercise.  This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced fitness levels.  Yoga mat is recommended.

Skinny Arms Express is a fun way to tone and tighten the problem spots on the arm and upper body in a high-energy atmosphere.  Exercises will vary week by week and equipment will include dumbbells, Thera-bands, exercise balls and your own body. Come check it out this fast paced class and feel the burn!

The Aqua Zumba class gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during Aqua Zumba. Aqua Zumba is a challenging water based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body toning, and most of all exhilerating. $20/session

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what this class is all about. This Zumba class takes it to a lower level that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in a group class.  Experienced or non-experienced dancers welcome!

Heartsaver Plus is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult, infant, and child CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve a choking victim.  Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.
