Dining with Diabetes
Jennifer Ludwig, Registered Dietitian will walk you through diabetic meal planning and shopping strategies when planning your meals. There are certain guidelines for keeping your blood sugar levels in check. For some people, eating is one of life’s true joys and can include an occasional indulgence. Moderate portions, tasty recipes and careful choices can help you make your meals part of your overall plan for diabetes management. Learn how to make healthy choices and wise substitutions for optimal health.
